Easy Exchanges & Returns – Medie

A legal disclaimer

At Medie, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer an easy and transparent return and exchange

process to ensure you find the perfect fit in our scrubs, lab coats, and essentials.

Products Eligible for Return/Exchange (Non-Sale Orders)

  • To be eligible, ensure:

  • The product is unused and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • Return/exchange is initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Product value is above ₹1500

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Items are washed, worn, or altered

  • Original tags or packaging are missing

  • Return/exchange request is raised beyond 7 days

  • Customized or embroidered scrub sets or lab coats (even if only one piece in the set is embroidered)

  • Scrub caps

  • Sale items (see below)

Exchange Policy

  • One-time free exchange for size issues

  • Second-time exchanges/returns: ₹300 processing charge

  • Adding embroidery post-delivery requires ₹300 additional exchange handling fee (excluding

  • embroidery cost)

  • Products bought during sale periods are not returnable. Exchange is allowed only for non-

  • embroidered items and only for full sets.

Exchange Process

  • File a request through our [Returns & Exchange Portal]

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup

  • Exchange order is shipped after original item passes QC

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship your return (warehouse address

  • shared on request)

  • We’ll reimburse up to ₹200 for verified self-shipped orders

Returns Process

  • Return pickups are scheduled post-approval

  • Items are shipped to our warehouse and go through quality checks

  • Refunds are initiated within 5 working days of successful QC

  • Refund is processed to your original payment method

  •  

    Note: If you self-ship a return, Medie is not liable for any loss or damage in transit. Please use

  • reliable services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, or DTDC.
